WHITE-LABEL REAL-TIME EXCHANGE

Run your own ad exchange.

Floxis is the white-label exchange you run as your own — your domain, your brand, your margins. It turns your traffic into revenue: real-time bidding between supply and demand, tuned by an autonomous engine that drives every impression toward the goal you set.

flox·is /ˈflɒk.sɪs/ noun

1.flow — liquidity in motion: bid requests and responses, smooth and continuous.
2.axis — structure: a precise, deterministic price line every bid clears against. Together: an exchange where flow clears on a precise axis — operated entirely under your brand.

THE WORKED EXAMPLE

How your exchange clears an impression.

A bid request arrives from your supply. Floxis runs the auction across your demand partners, applies the margin you set, and clears the winner — all under your brand. Here is that path, step by step, along a single axis. Bids and prices below are illustrative.

1

A request arrives.

A publisher on your supply raises an available impression as an OpenRTB bid request. Your exchange reads its shape — format, floor, audience signals — in well under a millisecond.

No data leaves the auction it was raised for.

2

The auction opens.

Every eligible demand partner you've connected sees the same opportunity under the same rules, and returns a bid — each one placed along the price axis. Default DSP timeout is 200–300ms.

One opportunity, one set of rules, shown to all.

3

Flow meets the axis.

Floxis routes every bid toward a single clearing price and applies the margin you set — deterministic, the same arithmetic for each partner. No hidden spread, no margin games.

4

The winner is served — under your brand.

One bid clears. The creative is validated and the impression renders, confirmed by a win-notice. Atomic: it clears in full or not at all — and partners never see Floxis underneath.

5

Everything reconciles.

A transparent record — price, partner, margin, latency — lands in your real-time analytics about a minute later. One source of truth, the same numbers for both sides.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

Three commitments, built into the wiring.

01

WHITE-LABEL, END TO END

Your exchange, not ours.

You run Floxis as your own product — custom domain, your branding, your invoicing. Supply and demand partners integrate with your exchange and set you as the seller of record. They never see Floxis underneath.

You set the margin per transaction and keep the relationship — and you needn't start from an empty book: launch with demand already connected, then bring your own on top. The infrastructure is ours; the business is entirely yours.

Per-endpoint QPS, configurable from one to a hundred thousand requests a second.

02

GOAL-BASED OPTIMIZATION

Set the goal. It does the rest.

Uplift is proven against a live holdout — not assumed.

Tell the engine what to maximize — net revenue, fill, or win volume — and it blocks, scores and floors every request to hit it. This is how Floxis turns your traffic into revenue: autonomously, and without gambling on a number nobody measured.

Each lever runs Off → Shadow → Enforce, measured against a holdout arm that sees the exact status quo, so every gain is earned on live traffic. A safety breaker auto-reverts any arm whose bid rate slips below 80% of the holdout.

03

STANDARDS-NATIVE & COMPLIANT

Speaks the protocols, by default.

OpenRTB 2.5 / 2.6, Prebid and header bidding, VAST, and JS tags — all native. ads.txt, sellers.json and supply-chain validation are built in, not bolted on.

Reporting is real-time and lands about a minute behind live, so the numbers you act on are the numbers that happened.

Global privacy compliance — GDPR (EU), CCPA/CPRA (US), with IAB TCF & GPP supported out of the box.

THE OPTIMIZATION ENGINE

Set the goal. Hand over the wheel.

Tell Floxis what to maximize and the engine decides how to get there — blocking weak segments, raising floors and tuning margin, all on live traffic and all graded against a holdout. This is the engine that turns your traffic into revenue.

Your objective — set once

  • Maximize net revenue · set
  • Maximize fill
  • Win volume

Pick one. The engine works out how to block, score and floor to reach it — and proves the lift against a live holdout before it ever touches revenue.

Blocking

lever 01

Drop segments with poor demand economics. In Shadow the engine scores and records but still sends everything; in Enforce it actually drops.

Dynamic floors

lever 02

Per-segment floors, computed from observed clearing prices. In Shadow the engine works out the reserve but holds it; in Enforce it sends the raised floor to the endpoint.

Enforce

Adaptive margin · range-bound

Margin that tunes itself, inside your bounds.

Margin self-tunes on rolling 24-hour trade patterns to capture more of every impression — always between the minimum and maximum you set. You hold the bounds; the engine works the range.

Measured against a holdout

Requests hash into arms: arm 0 is the holdout — your exact current behavior — while higher arms test the change. Lift is read as the difference, on live traffic, never a simulation.

Safety breaker: bid rate < 80% of holdout → auto-revert to Shadow

Your limits always win

Manual floors and margin bounds are respected absolutely — the engine can only move inside the limits you set, never past them. A per-endpoint override always takes precedence over the autopilot.

INTEGRATIONS & CUSTOM ADAPTERS

No partner left behind.

Connect any partner on either side of the auction. If it can trade, your exchange can talk to it — and when it can't out of the box, we build the adapter for you and keep it running.

The differentiator

Non-standard partner? We build the adapter.

When a partner doesn't fit a standard, Floxis writes and maintains a custom adapter for them — white-glove onboarding, so no partner is left behind over an integration gap.

Bring your own demand and supply and keep your relationships; we do the integration work. Every endpoint is configured on its own.

CAPABILITIES

Everything an exchange needs, in one platform.

The breadth a real exchange runs on — safety, control and visibility — all under your brand and configurable per endpoint.

Safety

Brand safety & fraud prevention

Creatives are validated before they render, with fraud floor caps. Bring your own IVT and creative verification — it works with any provider — or have Floxis run it for you.

creative validation · fraud floor caps · bring-your-own IVT
Filtering

Granular filtering

Allow and block at every level of the request, on both sides of the auction.

domain · bundle · publisher · CRID · IP · device · ad-markup
Analytics

Real-time analytics & drop reports

Sub-minute reporting across deep dimensions and derived metrics — plus drop reports that show exactly why every request was filtered.

fill · win · render · eCPM · RCPM · cookie-sync
Identity

Identity & cookie sync

User matching that lifts bid rates and demand participation across your partners. Signal-resilient by design — it works with the identity you already run: UID2, ID5, RampID, hashed email.

match tables · sync pixels · higher bid rates
Routing

Routing & spend control

Govern throughput and cost per endpoint — so traffic goes where it should, at the rate you allow.

per-endpoint QPS · spend caps · timeouts
Clearing

Deterministic clearing

Atomic auctions and server-confirmed win-notices — one reconciled record per impression, the same numbers for both sides.

atomic clearing · win-notice · single source of truth

GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE

Run your exchange where your traffic is.

One platform, every region. Auctions clear close to your supply and demand, so latency stays low wherever you grow — US · EU · APAC.

Low-latency auctions

Clearing runs near your partners, not an ocean away — keeping the round trip inside the bid window.

Global reach

Bring supply and demand from any market and trade them where it makes sense.

One platform, every region

Same exchange, same controls, same reporting — deployed wherever your traffic lives.

COMPLIANCE & TRUST

Built to pass the audit, not just the demo.

Credibility is structural here. Privacy compliance and the standards plumbing ship with the exchange — across the US, the EU and beyond — so your partners' compliance teams meet a vendor that already speaks their language.

Privacy

Global privacy compliance

GDPR (EU), CCPA / CPRA (US) and the frameworks beyond them — consent handled end to end. IAB TCF and GPP are supported for partners who require them.

Supply chain

Full, validated supply chain

ads.txt, sellers.json and the complete schain are validated in the auction path, so authorized inventory stays authorized — complete and transparent, end to end. No hidden ad-tech tax, full log-level data, no black box.

Creative

Creative compliance & verification

Winning creatives are validated before they render, with integrated creative verification keeping policy and brand-safety enforcement at the edge.

Controls

Per-endpoint throughput & spend

Throughput, spend and timeouts are governed per endpoint, with real-time reporting about a minute behind live.

Markets work best when everyone can see the same honest price.
